It’s always good to see what photo booths are available in your surrounding area; this could save you some extra money as some companies may charge for travelling time in addition to fuel expenses. We suggest you make a specific search on Google, for example “Photo Booth Hire Wrexham”
The first two or three pages will give you an idea of what photo booths are local or have visited your area. Don’t just concentrate on the first page, this doesn’t mean they can provide you with better quality or service.

You want to know what the quality of the photos will be like.
Do they add something special such as good quality props, different backgrounds, a range of layouts and are they able to personalise this with not only a personal message but something related to the theme of the party ?
Again, a quick search on Google Images can help, type this into the google search, for example “Photo Booth Hire Cheshire” or narrow it down to your city or town for example “Photo Booth Hire Manchester”
Then select images and scan through all the photos to see which ones catch your eye, simply hover over the picture to see which company has posted it, then click on the photo and visit their website to see more.
When someone hires our Photo Booth we dedicate time to decide with our customer important details that we believe will make a difference. One example is the joint birthday party we delivered in the Lowry Hotel Manchester.
The party had a Star Wars theme, we had picked out some full size backgrounds and also personalised the multi photos too. We mixed this up with some other backdrops to cater for all the guests.

We all know that organising an event can be expensive; you will probably already have in mind your priorities for making the event a success, and want value for your money! If you decide to hire a Photo Booth to add an element of fun, be aware, choosing one just because it’s the cheapest can result in disappointment. In most cases you get what you pay for; poor photo quality, and the actual look of the booth can impact negatively on the outcome of your evening. Also, be mindful of the level of service you expect; again you usually get what you pay for. Confirm with the company what is included in the package you are hiring; although the initial pricing may seem reasonable, watch out for extra charges: some will charge you for set up of the booth, props, green screen, prints and other extras you initially thought were included.
Budget tip – We would concentrate on our first two suggestions to start with and if their prices are too high, simply ask them if they can provide you with a package to meet your budget requirements; just because it’s written in black and white it doesn’t mean they can’t adjust the price or supply you with something similar to meet your budget.

Check out social media pages, Facebook may be the number one, but don’t forget to follow them on Instagram and Twitter. There you can check photos, deals and something very important, the reviews. Look for genuine reviews that relate to events; if customers are pleased with the service they may take the time to star-rate or write comments about the service. However, if it has been a negative experience people are likely to leave a review warning others not to use them. Business pages can’t pick and choose which reviews are visible, so this is a good indication of the quality of service you will expect to get. Remember, all businesses can have the odd blip due to something that’s out of their control, but if this is happening time and time again KEEP WELL AWAY!
